A woody herb and member of the mint family, rosemary is wonderful not only in cooking but also for its ability to affect both the body and spirit with its distinctive aroma. From the Latin word "rosmarinus" (literally "dew of the sea"), rosemary has a stimulating effect on the nervous system and is said to increase mental performance and bring alertness and clarity of thought. It has been used for medicinal purposes since ancient times--to treat arthritis, rheumatism, headaches, bronchitis and colds, epilepsy and poor circulation, among other conditions. 

Greenberry's Rosemary Blend soap exudes the fresh, minty smell of rosemary blended with a touch of lavender, white thyme, cedarwood, sage, and a few other florals and citrus oils to create the most refreshing blend we can find to wake you up and clear your spirit. Made from a shea butter base, our Rosemary Scrub is a jade green color and comes in a rectangular bar with a stunning Fern motif. Each bar weighs just under 4 oz and includes a pinch of ground rosemary fresh from our own herb garden to provide a mild exfoliant. This is my favorite soap for the morning shower--it stimulates my skin and clears my head to prepare me to face each day.
